Triple Layer Roof Tile Machine
1, The brief introduction of triple layer roof tile making machine
This machine can produce three kinds of roof sheet, glazed tile, trapezoid and corrugated roof tile.
The uppermost layer is glazed tile, middle layer is trapezoid profile, downermost layer is corrugated profile.
These profiles are provided by our customer, if you don't have your own drawing, we can recommend you according to your local market.
These three layers use one PLC control system, one hydraulic oil pump station, so each time only can produce one kind of profile.
2, Some advantage of our triple layer roof tile making machine:
1). The decoiler that we provided has braking system and hand wheel.
Hand wheel can be use for help make the coil turn. And the braking system can help make stop when facing emergency circumstances.
2). For the roller, we will make chromed treatment and electroplating paint treatment.
Chromed treatment is aim to make roller more smoothly and imporve the hardness and prevent abrasion.
Electroplating paint treatment is aim to prevent the roof sheet from scratched.
3). The cutting system structure is guide pillar type not the welded type.
Guide pillar type cutting structure can drive the cutter moving very smoothly and stable and not easy broken.
